Terms & Conditions

• Provisional bookings must be confirmed by returning a completed booking form along with a non-returnable deposit of £100.00.  Payment may be made by cash, cheque (made payable to Darenth Valley Golf Course Limited) or credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta).  For your information your credit/debit card payment may be processed over the telephone

 

• Until such time as both the form and the deposit have been received the booking will be considered provisional.

 

• PLEASE NOTE: The booking form and deposit must have been received by DVGC within 21 days of the date the booking was first made. Failure to do so will result in your booking being cancelled and the related tee times being offered to other societies or the general public.

 

• Society bookings are accepted only for 12 or more players

 

• Final numbers must be notified 10-14 days in advance of the day of play.

 

• Full payment will be required on the day of play based upon the numbers notified, unless there is an increase.  Payment will be accepted in cash or by one single payment by cheque or credit card.

 

• A cancellation charge (the £100.00 deposit paid) will be made, if the date booked is cancelled or changed within 10 days of the booked day.

 

• The Company reserves the right to vary menus and overall charges in the light of any increase in food costs or green fees between the dates of booking and play.

 

• The Company reserves the right to bring temporary greens and tees into use and to close the Course if, in the judgement of the Course or Clubhouse Managers, weather or other conditions affecting the Course or the safety of players or the public should necessitate the above.
