Starters

  • Crown of Galia Melon filled with Cassis steeped Forest Fruits
  • Oak Smoked Salmon served with Lemon and cracked Black Pepper
  • Avocado served with King Prawns & Spicy Salsa
  • Wild Mushroom Soup served with Creme Fraiche and chopped Chives
  • Smoked Duck Breast served with a Plum and Walnut Dressing

 

Main Courses

  • Noisettes of Lamb flavoured with Garlic, Thyme and Rosemary served with Redcurrant Jelly and Mint Sauce
  • Supreme of Chicken stuffed with Leek and Cream Cheese with a White Wine Sauce
  • Sirloin stuffed with Mushroom Duxelle served Madeira Sauce 
  • Salmon and Sole wrapped in Filo Pastry served with a Cucumber and Dill Veloute
  • Oven Baked Halibut served with Sauce Veronique  
  • Baked Auberbine filled with Mediterraniean Vegetables topped with a Goats Cheese Gratin
