Menu Price - £39.50 per person

Starters

 

  • Fan of Melon served with Fruit Coulis
  • Prawns served on a bed of Lettuce bound in a Marie Rose Sauce 
  • Your choice of Chefs' Homemade Soup
  • Homemade Chicken Liver Pate with Cumberland Sauce
  • Caramelised Red Onion & Goats Cheese Tartlet on a bed of Leaves 

 

Main Courses

 

  • Roast Topside of Beef with Homemade Yorkshire Pudding and Pan Gravy
  • Roast Chicken Supreme wrapped in Bacon and served with Red Wine Gravy
  • Poached Salmon with White Wine and Dill Sauce
  • Filo Purse with Stir Fried Vegetables served with a Tomato and Basil Sauce

 

All main courses served with potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables

 

Desserts

 

  • Homemade Cheesecake topped with Fruits of the Forest
