  • Prawn and Smoked Salmon bound in Marie Rose Sauce
  • Your choice of Chefs' Homemade Soup
  • Warm Leek, Bacon and Brie Tart with a Basil Pesto Dressing
  • Smoked Chicken on a bed of mixed leaves with a light dressing

Main Courses

  • Roast Striploin of Beef served with Wild Mushroom, Tarragon and Red Wine Sauce
  • Lamb Shank served on a bed of Root Vegetables with a Rosemary and Port Jus
  • Chicken Supreme filled with a brocolli and walnut duxelle topped with a White Wine and Leek Sauce
  • Baked Cod Fillet with a delicate Chardonnay and Prawn Sauce
